Water Well Drill Rigs

We have been able to develop a KLR Auto Loader as per the latest technological advancements. These are known for their high performance, sturdy construction, and heavy rod handling capacity. This is suitable for hole dia 6.5” (continuous), 9”, 10”, and 12”(overburden) up to a depth of 1500 feet. The rotary head is powered by one hydraulic motor to ensure optimum functionality which is suitable for soft/hard formations.

KLR DTH 1500 is mounted on heavy duty 6x4 truck powered by suitable engine. This is suitable for hole dia 6.5” (continuous), 9”, 10” and 12”(over burden) up to a depth of 1500 feet. Rotary head produces max.speed of 170 rpm and max.torque 280 kg.m. Power for the Rig is taken from truck engine through transfer gear box. Mast, Rotary head, control panel, compressor, Hydraulic tank, welding machine, battery box are mounted on the same truck.

These truck-mounted rigs use power from the truck engine through the transfer gearbox to ensure better performance. The rig has a box-type structure with excellent rod handling capacity. The pull-up and pull-down functions are performed by means of a hydraulic cylinder and wire rope in the equipment. We offer our products with additional attachments like welding machine, 6” x 8”mud pump.

KLR DTHR 600 is powered by a 6X6 truck engine or separate deck engine. Based on the latest technology, these drills are used to drill water wells is suitable for hole dia 6.5” (continuous), 9”, 10” and 12”(overburden) by DTH Drilling and 8”,12 ¼(Continuous) & 16”(overburden) by Rotary Drilling up to a depth of 600 meters. The rotation with direct circulation ensures that the drilling is done properly. A hydraulically driven 7 ½ “X 10” mud pump is also mounted on the same truck.

We offer KLR Tractor Mounted Rigs, which are available in various models, sizes, and working capacities. The equipment is provided with a water injection pump, hydraulic system, rotary head that helps in performing 4 1/2" to 6 1/2" dia. boreholes up to 500 ft. Known for their excellent rod handling capacity. These drill rigs are suitable for hole dia 4.5-6.5” up to depth 500 feet.
